About
Takedown 2026 solidifies its position as the premier indoor alternative festival on the UK's south coast. Following the tragic passing of original Friday headliner Phil Campbell, alt-metal icons Therapy? have stepped in to lead the Friday bill. Saturday is headlined by the mysterious masked collective PRESIDENT in their first-ever festival headline appearance. The event spans multiple stages within the historic Portsmouth Guildhall, offering an intense, high-energy experience that bridges the gap between legendary heritage acts and the cutting edge of modern heavy music.
