Megaport Festival 2026 marks the 17th iteration of Taiwan’s most iconic 'festival of life,' set against the industrial charm of Kaohsiung Harbor. Taking over the Pier-2 Art Center, the festival utilizes its unique geography with stages built on piers, inside warehouses, and even on a cruise ship (Daiyu Maru). The 2026 lineup is a powerhouse of pan-Asian collaboration, featuring the global debut of the anime-inspired Kessoku Band and local legends like Sunset Rollercoaster. Known for its gritty southern spirit and high-energy 'mosh-pit' culture, Megaport is a rite of passage for music lovers in Taiwan, blending diverse genres with the salty sea breeze of the south.
