Unlike previous years centered on large warehouses, the 2026 edition shifts focus to intimate grassroots venues like Band on the Wall and YES, plus a new stop at Eccles Town Hall. Curated highlights include a massive double-bill with Bloc Party and The Horrors, and a headline set by Courtney Barnett. The festival is a fully immersive broadcast event, with live performances and exclusive 'Artist in Residence' sessions airing across BBC Radio 6 Music and BBC iPlayer.
